    Default Little Help If You Can

    just got my vectra back from the stealers after havin a cim module fitted drove out got home and turn radio on but it wont turn on can anybody help cheers.

    Is it connected properly round the back? Take it out and have a look

    hello m8 i unscrewed the 4 screws from the front of the cd player and nothing lol how do you take it out ?

    does yours have 4 little holes ???
    if so you need to push something in them all at the same time and it should click out

    does it have to be disconnected while changing the cim module ?

    took it out it seems ok just slide it back in and connects straight to the plugs still not come on lol. has it got to be connected to the cim module while they had it out or reprogrammed back in lost now

    When you say it doesn't come on, does it just say safe on the dash or is there no power at all? I take it you have the 2005 or 2006 half canbus, these HU heed a code putting in after battery disconnection and as the airbag came out to fit your CIM the would have disconnected your battery. By the way, how much did it cost for your CIM?

    paid 246.00 for the cim they never charged me vat but its about 47.00 for the vat and thats with out fitting and programming got that done for nowt because of a little trouble i had with them hope this helps.

    £246, thats good going for a CIM fitted.
