    Thumbs up lowering springs help!!!!!

    Has anybody recently lowered there car??? need to ask you a question lol...

    how do i go about getting the nut off the front suspension thats under the bonnet???? theres the star bolt in the centre, mine just keeps turning lol...

    I'll ask mine . I've got all the tools i need, i know whitch shock goes at whitch end, but which springs go at the front and which at the back ? 2 are straight and 2 are not ? Sorry for

    17mm spanner behind the drop link. have a play and it will fit. did the same thing. 18mm socket on front

    you need either a special 'go through' socket that allows you to hold the centre still while undoing the nut, or use a box spanner/ring spanner or the like... 21mm sticks in the back of my mind as the size of it, but i'll be corrected.

    Top Tip... spray the top nuts NOW with WD40 as they have a habit of rusting on and they can become very tight...a little time to soak works wonders.....
