If these kind of increases could be seen by installing a 15p piece of metal then manufacturors would put them there in the first place. It may work a little, it might not work at all. I hear many of these devices cause the placebo effect. I wouldnt bother.

-Much like a Turbocharger or Supercharger it helps force more air into the combustion chamber by spinning the air. This allows for better atomization of your fuel, resulting in more complete combustion of the available fuel.

Complete and utter bollox!!! 'Spinning' the air doesn't force more air into the engine - if anything it slows it down. It needs forced induction to do that, and that isn't forced induction.
