Seatbelts

Is it just me or do the vauxhall seatbelts take a lifetime to rewind...
take it off make a cup of tea and return to see it slowly winding back....

I used to have the same prob with my saab, recently they replaced them free as a recall... the belts look the same and seem to have the same fault so why havnt vauxhall recalled them...

Mine are the same, can eat a quarter pounder and chips and the ****** thing is still struggling to rewind. Usually end up having to give them a helping hand.

Maybe there is a twist in the belt under the panel it goes into. Mine rewinds like a good 'un

My drivers side seat belt takes forever and a day to wind back in when removed,and does not fully retract at all,tried spraying it wiith wd40 no joy,it does actually work correctly when being worn,but its starting to p me off a bit as it sometimes gets stuck in the door,dont ya just hate it when that happens.
