Default Buying a Signum 1.9 CDTi Elite

Hello just joined the forum and would just like to ask a few questions ...
I am trading my Renault Megane Sport 225 for a 54 plate Signum 1.9 CDTi 16v Elite in silver with 15,750 miles on the clock .. Is there anything i should look out for with these cars ? It says it is a 150 but it has the 1.9 CDTi badge in silver is this correct ? The other thing is the leather drivers seat has been rubbing on the plastic of the bolster adjuster and looks like it is wearing through can this repaired ? Cheers ...

If the 1.9 CDTi is all in silver then it is the 120. If it has the Red 'Ti' then it is the 150. But a good car, nothing really to worry about, the radiator bushes squeak when cold but this will be done under warranty if not already done so.

regarding the seat, you can buy a new cover from Vauxhall to match but these retail at about £250.

i was thinking that but a friend has the same car at work with the same badge but his is listed as a 150 on his V5 and with the insurers .. is it not that it is the Elite and Elite drivers would not want a red badge on their cars.... It looks like it is a 16V too when looking under the bonnet ..

I didn't think any 150's had silver TI's on the badge.

    Could be wrong though.

What does the 120 engine look like anybody?

I've had a 120bhp and a 150bhp vectra. Pictures of both engines are here:

The 150 looks the same as per AJA's post.
