Who had a CIM for sale?

Saw a thread last week where a guy said he had a CIM for sale. Its not in the for sale section ans CIM is to short for the search facility. Mines been playing up for the last year but yesterday it finally gave up the ghost, dead dash, dead TC ABS etc. £400 fitted at dealer..... think I'll try my luck first.

Unlucky mate, I once saw one on e-bay, brand new for £180, I wish I had just bought it as a spare - knowing how notorious these things are! Will keep an eye out for one!

No mate, the CIM is on the steering column.

How do I actually see it mate? Is it a steering wheel off job? Going to try to check all the connections when I eventually get to it.

Yeah I know that, I just thought as Merikiito had a problem with his airbag module, which is different to the one you need...picked from this thread...
