why do i get Bandwidth error and cant log into Vectra-c.com?

i get this message and sometime cant log into this site?

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

Yeah m8, I've had that a few times as well, so have many others I believe.

As far as I know, Duncan and the guys are aware of the issue.
