    Default How Do I Fix My Vectra Dash Lights?

    HOW DO I FIX MY VECTRA DASH LIGHTS?

    I HAVE NO LIGHTS ON MY ISTRUMENT PANEL, HAETER LIGHTS ARE WORKING BUT THAT IS ALL THAT ILLUMINATES WHEN I PUT MY LIGHTS ON. I HAVE a MILLIAGE READ-OUT AS NOTHING ELSE ILLUMINATES. HELP? the speedo not lights as for the rev counter and fuel and temp any ideas my car is a 1996 vectra 1.8 16v looked for fuse but could not find one any where is it the bulbs ??

    The main fuses are located behind a cover on the left hand end of the facia (you have to open the passengers door), with additional fuses and relays located in a box on the l/h side of the enging compartment, and in the l/h side of the luggage compartment. Looking at the W/D it looks like the instrument cluster uses fuses F17 (15A) and F26 (7.5A) in the passengers box. Hope this is of some help.

    OP's car is a Vectra-B, so the fusebox will below the steering wheel. Waste of time looking in there though as I suspect the backlights have blown. You'll need to remove the speedo housing to replace them. Over on vauxhallownersnetwork.co.uk there is a how2 section. Look in there for the info on removing it.
