    Default How do you....

Hi guys. how would I go about painting the chrome V and suround on the grille of my pre facelift Siggy? Realy want to do this mod but haven't a clue where to start. Thanks

    PS.
I have got to blame this site, before joining a month ago I wasn,t bothered about detailing, modding or how powerful my car was. Now I can't look at the car without thinking "what next?" I'm a total junkie.

Of to the stealers inthe morning!!!!!

wet and dry the chrome or bits you are painting to dull them to get a good key , couple of coats of primer or plastic primer, then top coat and lacqure(sp?)

Had mine done by a body shop at the same time as an insurance job on the front wing, they sanded it and used a plastic primer.
Still chuffed with it and think it's one of the best mods done to my car.
    Go for it!!
