so plse give advice if ur saying they are not police, do we keep driving or stop on the motorway which frankly is the most dangerous place to be pulled over

I don't think MLC said they are not Police. He did say that it was not a Roads Policing/Traffic car therefore you would not be pulled over for motoring offences by this car.

I think (or I hope) what you'll find is that MLC works West Mids... If the police structure is anything like the ambulance, then by the time you get anywhere near Rugby/Nuneaton etc, you're well into Coventry & Warwickshire, which is another region altogether, and may well have unmarked scoobys. Scary thought...
