Is it still under manufacturers warranty ? If so,just take it in and say it's a bit hesitant at low rpms and hint that there may be a software upgrade that can solve that problem.Chances are that they'll know you've looked into it and so they'll upgrade it for you.It's not a big difference,but it's certainly worth doing under warranty,otherwise you'll have to pay for them to hook it up to their tech 2 machine.

None, get a remap instead! Much safer if you are going to keep the car after its warranty has run out.

Yes you can fit a water/methanol kit to any diesel or a petrol but it has more effect on the diesels.
