    Default Grating/Vibrating Noise

    Hi Folks

    Just got an 07 Vectra 1.8 Estate and everything is fine apart from a grating/vibrating noise coming from the front of the car when setting off uphills when the car is cold, seems to be when the clutch is biting and car is under load, once warm the noise seems to go but it is quite loud when cold, could it be the exhaust.Going to book it in but wanted an idea what it could be before they say they can't hear it as usual when you take your car in.
