Default Is it possible to wire connect an Ipod to the standard stereo?

Or is an itrip my only option?

Its an 06 Sri Vectra, as far as I can see there is no Aux so I'm guessing this cant be done? Would just prefer a crisper connection than the itrip offers.

    Thanks

    Rik

Can be done via Denison Ice Link as per my post above (With Photos)

This is a wired FM solution so all signal goes directly into the back of the stereo and is not transmitted over the air.

No loss of quality, no bad signal, only downside is the ipod can't be controlled from the head unit, it even charges the ipod and pauses it when you turn the ignition off.

Best Solution I have found for the Factory Headunits.

Edit: By the way I now have the ipod in the arm rest so noone can tell i have the denison solution in the car!

You could always just solder additional wires onto the volume control and select cd with no cd in the drive couldn't you, effectively a post pre-amp input???
