These have onboard speakers, networking, modem, 1 x USB Port, Parallel Port, Battery, Mains Power Cable, Canvas Bag.

Fully Licensed Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2, Office XP on both systems.

very tempted by either of them, will they play football manger on them? need xp, 800mhz, 128mb ram, 4x cd rom, directx 8.1 soundcard, 1024x768 32bit display and 650mb HD space

I would say yes as they've got 256MB, so that'd make up for the CPU.
