Not sure of the name Vauxhall gave this colour, but it only really seemed to appear on 52 plate Vectras.
I think it looked really smart on the SRi. Anybody on here got one or know the name of the colour?

As seen here in this report by that jumped up little twerp from 5th Gear with an obvious agenda and clearly - wrongly - thinks he's a bit funny. HA HA...

Lets have a look at what he said and add hindsight...
1 - Aggressive looks, he says no, I say it looks mean from the back
2 - Passat vents, no Passat ones are rounded, the only thing the same is the position in the dash, and even then the VX ones are parted by the MFD.
3 - Bad interior design, perhaps he'd like to compare how well the Vec stands up when hit, a Passat would invite the engine in alongside you, I know I've seen one do it before.
4 -Indicators, well this is an area of how good and adaptable a driver you are, myself I think they are the future, but others don't like them or can't get used to them.
5 - Boot release, doh user error, never had any issues with mine.
6 - Room, being tall I'm not impressed with the rear.
7 - Boot, nothing to add, except thats where 3 inches of the rear legroom went.
There are three main faults with the average totally VX Vectra
1 - Screen cracking
2 - Air Con degassing
3 - Rear link bars
Other than that the car was a good effort, made for motorways with one person who needs to lug kit around, and a very safe place to be in a crash.
I think one the most difficult parts of any car design to make effective to the eye is the rear, and I agree with you, I think the veccy is a very good effort indeed. There's a kind of stubborn slab bluntness to the back of the veccy that looks uncompromising, angry and in your face. I love it as much as the front
