Lower Back Pain

Does any one suffer from Lower Back Pain. I get it from time to time. Today is one of them, Damn painfull. Must be the joys of getting old.

I dont Ed but i have F'ing big kidney stone that smarts

Feels like ive been studded in the lower back/flank by a rugby boot

somedays i cant move

Must admit back pain is the worst sorta pain on the human body, id rather be kicked in the nuts as it would hurt less

Yep, I get that due to 2 events which did my back in. When it hurts it ****** hurts and lasts for a couple of days. Ya dont have to be getting on in life to suffer from it! Well I dont consider myself to be getting on lol. So i know how ya feel Ed.

i find if i sit down i cease up so when i get it i try to keep stood up moving about.

Larisa,s Daughter has just been over to Riga to have a lot of dental work done, it is a lot cheaper than here and the standard of work is better too. Her mouth still feels a bit sore after all the dental work, So she will agree with you about "tooth pain".

Yep thats true. I don,t let it stop me from doing anything I would like to do, just that it can make things a little painful. Strange thing is I can still lift things and the pain doesn,t get any worse.

With back pain you need to move about. This is contrary to the advice a few years back where they told you to rest.
