Hi,

After asking many questions about how to sell my car I thought it best to just put it up for sale and see what happens........

(will do pictures when I've cleaned her this week)

Vauxhall Vectra 1.9cdti (150) 5dr hatch
Star Silver (or whatever it's called)
57,000 miles but in daily use
All usual sri refinements
Tinted windows (limo back and legal fronts - have the receipts to say legal in case pulled)
Rear end de badge with an irmsher badge (but have original badges)
New discs and pads fitted about 4/5k miles ago (genuine vx kits)
Good tyres all round (fitted about 8k miles ago) (goodyear excellence)

Never had a remap or box fitted (in fact you can tell how slowly she's driven from the fact the original tyres lasted so long - 49k miles!!!)

A few stone chips at the front and a very small crack in the front bumper (hit a pheasant) but barely noticable

Needs tax end of march
Needs service (gone about 400 miles past due)

I am second owner - bought april 2006 (with 16k miles on clock)

Very good condition

Appears to be a monday car (touching wood) after only having the swirl valve done - never seen the fateful spanner since!

It has outstanding finance of just over 6k which I will work with the buyer to clear (I cannot do this before sale), I believe this will be nice and smooth - just a matter of banker draft to finance company, registered post the day before collection.

Given the required service and tax I was thinking of selling in the region of £6600ono

I'll still post a pic up if ya want? Gona be taking a few just now 'to remember her by'.

I'll mainly be buying a bus pass for the next few months. Our house move means i will be a 15 minute bus journey from work instead of A 1.5 - 2 hour drive !!!!

I'll be driving the mrs astra at other times.

I may be tempted to return to toys of the two wheeled variety - the 2008 zx10r being very tempting at the mo!!!!!!!!
