I think there maybe a how 2 for this, but remove n/s wheel and arch liner to expose the washer bottle, remove pump and the filter is exposed, either clean it or cut it out, its up to you

    Thumbs up

as posted the other day by moi!!!

cheats method: 1) jack up pass side of car and support with axle
    stand!!!

    2) turn wheel full lock right (if i remember!) to show 3/4
small torx screws, undo said torx screws and pull inner
    wing gently back.

    3) should be able to see washer pump/motor sat in
    washer reservoir,disconnect electrical plug and
remove with a gentle pull/wobble movement.

    4) the motor will have a little rubber gauze boot/ cover
    on this will
be (hopefully) bunged up with bluey green
screenwash concentrate, remove and wash through.

    5) now its upto whether you try as is after reassembly
or put a small slit with some side cutters
(as i have done about 6 times on
different cars with no probs) then put back together!

** forgot to say be prepared to lose your screenwash contents!!!

hope this helps and fixes your prob.

i'm going to have to do it too, only had the car 3 weeks and noticed the washers slowing down and taking a little longer to come on. i thought i was running out of water, so took the lid of and found the dip stick has blue slime on it, so i suspect a blocked filter too

Have you tried syphoning out the slimy water and adding boiling water try this a couple of times it worked for me as the boiling water disolves the slime, mine work fine know, the blue slime was the washer fluid additive, I added too much.
