    Default im putting in my old alpine head unit just wondering if it will affect anything

    as above im just wondering what i will lose i know i wont have the steering controls anymore but is there any thing else il lose ie time date etc

    Won't the steering controls work with a seperate head unit then ?

    dont think you can alter the time with an aftermarket unit

    thats what i was thinking andrew just wondering whether r not i would be able to check fuel consumption etc still

    tbh, not sure with the computer stuff. Just knwo that for 6 months of the year, clock is slow (or fast) by an hour

    All your display will work apart from the radio channel, you will lose this.Obviously your remotes on the wheel wont work unless you buy an adapter Ste.You can change the clock via the stalk controls if required and all other menus are still available ie fuel consumption distance,average etc.

    Yeah you can get the steering wheels controls but also the head up display one so that your radio station and track still shows up in the display.

    r they not a bit expensive though durk im a bit skint at the minute mate
