Indirect Night Lighting

What is it?

Little orange light on the underside of the rear-view mirror. Softly illuminates the centre console/gear stick area at night. Rather useful actually. When my mirror went faulty, I noticeably missed it until it got replaced.

Well, with the bland, dark grey dash, in the dark the only thing thats visible are the lit up controls and dials.

I was flicking through the book and seeing what features I had. Didn't know what this feature was. I haven't got it on my 54 plate Elite. Must be a 'new' thing?

No its on my 53 plate. It comes with auto wipers, auto dip rear mirror.
