    I fancy changing from the HSBC after 10 years or more......any recommendations?

    I recommend the bank of Macdad......But seriously though the Alliance and Liecester are supposed to be A1.

    Been with them for 15 years, they keep winning every award.

    I've been with Lloyds for about 10 years now. Can't fault them on a single thing. All the branch staff are helpful and efficient, they now have direct phone numbers into each branch and the internet banking is excellent.
