    Default airbox

    hi guys ive just done my airboxmod only did bottom half. going on a 20 min motorway journey later but dont hav time to disconnec battery do i realy need to do the battery or what?

    I never bothered on mine. I think it just takes longer to learn the new settings for the air in thats all....

    that was my thoughts even if yo dis connect it still has to learn the new setings when you drive ive also switched to using only bp ultimet or v power i think it is better smoother to drive

    just add 50ml of acitone to your fuel every fuel tank,it ups your octane the same. worked in all my cars,including this one.

    i got 5 litres from ebay for £9 but can buy small bottles from boots for about 90p i think,just make sure its pure acitone,not nailvarnish remover they have additives.oh be carefull putting it in ,its not paint friendly.

    http://www.pureenergysystems.com/new...00069_Acetone/ this is one of the links. when i was on the vec b web site i started using it as they raved about it,so now i use it,my dad uses it in his bike and my mum in her deisel peijero and my brother in his vec b.no probs at all.well except nearly stripping my paint trying to add it from a 5 litre bottle,pur it in an old acotone bottle now as it tips nicely into the petrol filler hole.
