    Default Flakey Door Handles

    anybody else here get the flakey door handles on the vectra? its happened to both me and a friend. is there any covers available or what do yous do to make it look better?

    either colour code them or chrome cover's off e-bay, or irmscher one's, or full chrome vx handles

    its the handle on the inside of the car for shutting the door. just looks a bit tatty.....dunno how well it would look colour coded and havent seen any covers for this.....just for the outside handles

    if you had said the internal one's i would have said get new one's from vx, not had this on mine......... and all other recomendation's WERE for external one's

    They are a nightmare, not just vx that have this problem, even my audi did the same. Bad choice of coating unfortunately.

    Replaced mine when i bought the car, around £30 for both sides.
    One suggestion remove them sand them down and paint.
    But for all that id just got and buy some new ones from Vx

    easy job, they literally can be removed by pulling them, i lifted up one edge with a flatblade screwdriver then pulled and then the new ones just clip in/on
