confused Wheel Bearing Noise Or Not? Help!!!

Hi All, I Am New To This Forum, And Looking For Some Advice.
I Have A 2002 Vectra C 1.8 Ls, When Driving Along, I Am Getting A Loud Wheel Bearing Kind Of Noise,[sounds Like N/s/f], I Have Had This Checked By A Local Garage, And They Say That The Wheel Bearings Are Fine. I Did Have The Car Up The Other Day To Check For Play In The Front Wheels, And Yes There Is Play In Both. The N/s/f Tyre Also Was Quite Worn, So I Swapped The Front Tyres With The Rears To See If This Would Stop The Noise But In Didn't.
Also The Garage Did Say That There Was Play In The Rack Inner Joints? Could This Be The Cause Of The Wheel Bearing Kind Of Noise Or Not? This Noise Is Driving Me Mad, Any Help Or Tips Would Be Great, Cheers

Don't mean to be rude, but what's with the Capital Letter At The Start Of Every Word? Only the first word of the sentence and names (of people or places) should start with a capital letter.
