    Default Collinite 915

I'm in the market for Collinite 915.

After a quick search most companies sell it for over £20.

Searched e-bay and found the link below. So for a £5+ savings should I chance it. 100 % feedback...but he's american

Personally I find stuff takes far too long to come from the States.

Elite Car Care are doing a pack deal which looks like good value, two applicators and 3 MF cloths for £25. CLICKY

John. if you order off Elite car care it will be with you a day after you order it he is very quick and as above it is a good deal. If you order it from the states with postage and tax it might work out just the same price and you will have to wait a while longer for it.

John you are tight. better now as to which one is better. I have heard that 476s is a little more durable?? But I don,t think the likes of you and I would be able to tell any difference between them. I have some 476s but I can not remember if it looked any better than the 915, as I say I don,t think we could tell the difference, and you do get more wax if you get the 915. I tend to use the 915 more than the 476s. Just to put a spanner in the works, have a think about some Victoria Concours Wax, it is Very good and looks suburb on my silver motor, it is very long lasting too.
    The £5 difference "erm" I don,t know.

John I have just had a look at my waz.
    476s is 9fl/oz
    915 is 12fl/oz
that seems to be why it is £5 more so the price difference would be the same, I would then go for the 915, it seems most people prefere it. If you bought the 476s you would probably think is the 915 better and buy that too at a later date, you might even do that with the 476s.
I don,t know how much you are or will get hooked on this detailing lark but I have got bitten by the bug and have bought many different brands of wax. If you only intend to use the one wax, then I would sujjest the 915 as there is more wax.

Been using 845 and it looks great on mine, durability is meant to be less then 476+915, but I layer it every month so no worries there. For the money Collinite is great and the durability is great.

Here's a thread from Detailing world John.

Off the top of my head the Victoria is more expensive. Bl00dy good wax though.
