Probably need to take them apart, clean them and put them back on again.

    aarrgghh!!.. not normal grease!!!!...

brake cleaner, and lots of it to remove all traces of the grease you have applied..NOW!

strip and re assemble the brakes using copper grease... much higher melting point than normal grease in a gun..

follow the how-2's and clean the pad rests right up before putting a smear of copper grease on the bits where the pads touch the rests and the calipers..

you need to strip them down again..

take a wire brush to the pad rests and remove all the congealed dust.. really clean them off 100%.. then remove the two bolts you undo to remove the caliper ( the 7mm allen key ones) from the caliper..smear them with some copper grease and re-insert into the caliper..

push the caliper piston right back in..

grease the pads on the two metal ears and the area they touch the pad rests on.. and the backs of the pads..the copper grease will dampen the vibration..reassemble the caliper and push the piston out with the brake pedal..

it should do both murf.. remember.. really go to town on the pad rests.. back to bare metal if you can..it'll be the rests and the slider pins that are holding it on..the copper grease will stop any squealling
