    Default clips on glove box

    hi all just a quick question, where can i buy the clips that the glove box screrws onto at the bottom? they are red and yellow in colour and clip onto the plastic behind the glove box so you can screw it at the bottom. hope this makes sense!!!!!1 asked vx and the parts dept didnt know what i was on about!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They are all over the car mate, they are also used to hold the bumper on in some places. Dealer will do them, just get them to turn the screen when going through EPC so you can point them out to them.
    PS there used on most new VX's as well.

    thats what i told the bloke and he gave me a print out of the glove box and theres no sign of the clips on there!!! could i get something like that from halfrauds?

    Suppose so, the clips arnt actually part of the glove box though, they are in the dash. Years ago they used to be made of bent metal so im sure you will find something mate. You could always pull one out and take it in to show them.

    I think the parts you need are...

    90561279 - yellow one
    9114472 - doesn't say the colour, but could be the red one.

    As the guys said above they are used in lots of other parts of the car, so the dealer should have them in stock for you to look at.

    EDIT: Just saw your post above, they're not listed along with the glove box specifically but under the instrument panel trim.

    ah cheers duncan that will explain why they were not on the glove box pic!!! i took one down and he did not have a clue i will go down on monday with the numbers cheers so now i have no glove box until monday

    just a thought could i use the metal brackets that come with aftermarket speakers?
