Wheel bearing robbery!!!!

Hi there people,
Can't believe it!, Had a new near side front wheel bearing fitted today but it's not just the bearing you need to replace its the A.B.S aswell because it comes as a whole part!!.
So be prepared when you need a bearing cos its gonna sting your pocket Cheers Leeroy!!!!

They have been like that for a while now, I had to replace a rear bearing on my Vectra B and it was a complete unit with the hub and everything with the ABS connector coming out of the back, probably makes it easier to assemble in the factory saving a precious minute!

i think they are around the £100 mark

Cost me about £160.00 and thats the rate for staff at my workplace!! so god only knows how much it would usually cost?

got both of mine off ebay.about 60 each.

mines failed mot last week for a rough wheel bearing , my local motor factor -dingbro wanted £97.37 + vat . vx want £95.pennies + vat . got it from ebay , but it was lmf ' s ebay shop for £58.49 + £10 delivery . so get in touch with lmf . they are so dear because its a complete hub but very easy to change takes just over an hour
