I'm trying to figure out what the conditions are for the operation of the air conditioning compressor clutch on my Vectra (Z32SE with ECC).

As far as I can tell, the clutch is disengaged when the "Air conditioning" option is off in the ECC menu or when the fan speed is set to zero (off). I've seen on other cars that the clutch will be disengaged when large throttle inputs are given or when the engine temperature is too high. But even at high speed and full throttle mine doesn't seem to disengage the compressor, which seems a little odd to me.

Does anyone know what rules are used in a Vectra C? The "Survey table, compressor switch-off and compressor switch-on, radiator fan circuit" section in TIS doesn't seem to link properly for me .
