Default Managed to squeeze 235s onto my 7" rims

Got my Toyo 235/45 r17 tyres and squeezed them onto my standard 17" by 7" Vx alloys.

Seem to be sitting okay, I've got them at 41 PSI and they seem to be gripping well.

cost me <£250 for the pair fitted

    £250 a pair

I put a pair of Avon ZZ3's on mine (225/45 IIRC) for £153!

All the reviews I read said that Toyo Proxes have better handling, produce less noise and last longer. Also they are bigger tyres.

    Check these reviews:

I think £250 isn`t bad for toyos, mine were £350+ for a pair, worth it though as they stick like shi1te to a blanket . I am surprised you got them on the 7`s though .... Do the sides bulge out past the rim or not ?
