NJK Plugs for 1.8 VVT

Folks,

Having done the airbox mod and replaced the filter with a K&N.

I am now thinking of other easy mods to improve the engine. I have heard that Iridum spark plugs may be worth while.

Denso Iridium Power for £6.97 per plug (£32.76)
NJK Iridium IX for £5.95 per plug (£27.96)

Anybody have any experiance of the above plugs? Do they help in performace by removing flatspots and/or improving mpg?
