NEWSFLASH: Major Power Failure across Cirencester

Approx 0425 the local substation blew a transformer wiping out the entire suppy to cirencester and surrounding areas.

Was arcing for well over 20mins until supply was shut off, Emergencey Services are now there.

That's cause you're southern softies!!!!! Up norf the tree would have been nicked before it fell into the sub station!!
