    Default big brake's

still looking at doing the big 314 mm upgrade to my car, so when i nipped into a local breaker's yard today and was told if he had the 2 calliper's complete with carrier's and arm bit thing i could have them for £100.00 i was very nearly sold as vx disk n pad set about £70.00 trade...........only worry is do i trust second hand calliper's and even though they look right ( and they are massive ) do i get them or not....i will of course be giving them a thorough clean etc, just a bit worried about the piston's and will they need any other part's to fit them to my car

btw even the missus was sort of ok with this idea

Go get them, as long as the rubber is ok around the seal they should be fine. If you do need to you can get a service kit for them. Got mine from a breakers, offer him £80!! Then order the disk and pad set, think mne was £65 all in. Worth every penny

Do it, do it, do it, you know u want to
