If you know you deffo dont need to take it off again yourself try getting an angle grinder on the nuts so they can't be undone i used to do this on my cossies as they were popular for going walkies !!!!!!

Id go with this option mate, less chance of getting sued lol

If its a stainless steel jobbie then it should come with a lifetime guaruntee (mine did from MIJ) so you should never need to take it off. Im sure there would be ways of drilling the nuts out if you find you do need to take it off though?

Its a s****y world we live in where people go round nicking exhausts of all things, scumbags eh!

Yep weld the nuts on or **** the threads up so they won't come undone.

you could drill a hole through the nut and bolt and wire lock it or do it up in the usual way and then spot weld the nut to the bolt.

or lay dog **** under the car, so when they lie down they get covered.

always reverse up to a wall to make it harder to remove it? Its kinda one of those things where you can only do so much, if they REALLY want something they'll get it.
