Default front anti roll bar rubbers

I need to fit anti-roll bar rubbers on the front of my vectra, but does anyone know which way the cut outs face. the last set where fitted at the dealers the left one faces forward and the right one is to the rear.
I am pretty certain the cut outs should face to the front but can anyone confirm this.
fitting them looks pretty easy, but don't want do them twice.

I really dont think there's a right or wrong way, but when I did mine I put them both with the split facing front. But I'm pretty sure that they look the same either way.

Fitting them is made easier if you use a small ratchet torx spanner as access is limited unless you drop the subframe. Dont undo the rear torx bolts fully, take the front ones out and then the metal bracket can slip off. Re-assembly can be a bit tricky, but just squeeze the new bush on the bar, hook the metal bracket back on the rear bolt. Some try and prise the front of the bracket down with a crowbar or use vicegrips to clamp it down to insert the front torx, then tighten both torx.

    Then do the other side.

And I bought some new front bolts a few mm longer and saved the hassle of straining myself trying to clamp the bracket down with the fatter new bushes

the dealers have diagnosed my rumbling creaking suspension as 'front roll bar bushes and modified radiator mounts required'

they quoted £135 to supply and fit.... Does that sound over the top?!?!?!?!

has anyone got the part numbers for an 04, 1.8 LS - and i'm guessing it's do-able for the enthusiastic amateur using only a jack?
