Chrome Fog Surrounds

I`ve just been down to the stealers following a phone conversation about the chrome fog surrounds for my Vec.I asked if they had them in quoting part numbers 93187823 and 93187834 of which they had 1 but not the other so i went down to get the 1 they had and order the other.Off the guy goes into the back and comes back with one BUT with no chrome ring.He then looks on his system and says "Yeah ..seperate bits mate" So i says "well i`ll have 2 of them aswell" to which he replies "that`ll be £102 inc VAT then mate" I said "Sorry mate i think i`ll leave it"and left Have i tried to order the right parts?? because i aint payin that , they look good but not that good.

Edit : was n`t so much the total price as the fact they wanted £21 + vat each for the chrome rings

Those prices are well high.. Below are the prices i paid for the VXR ones which fit the VXR & XPII Bumpers.. As you can see LMF charged me just £6.67 each for the chrome inserts..

Not sure m8 .Was it £41 +VAT each or for both because the surround was £21 + vat and the ring £21 + vat = 42 + vat but that was per side

I paid £40 inc VAT for BOTH of the surrounds on my facelift veccy mate, that had a 10% trade discount applied but still shouldnt be more than £45 and the rings are deff part of the new units, not seperate parts, hth
