knocking from rearwhen braking?2007 28k

if moving forward or reverse and push brake pedal hard i get a knock from rear? rear wheel i think but cant pin point anything? neither can the stealers? vectra 1.9cdti 2007 reg wit 28k? any ideas would be gr8?

If they have agreed there is a knock there i'd leave it to them to find. However its got to be a loose suspension joint of some form or part of the braking kit imo.

now im worried incase the calliper falls off of the sus leg falls off!!

If your worried that may happen, jack it up, remove the wheel and have a poke around yourself. You'd be amazed what dealers miss sometimes.....

didnt think of that one i'll have a look....


jacked up but couldnt find anything with play in it? so will now check boot

Could be the pads moving about in the caliper?
