Aircon pump noise

switched aircon today it still gives out really cold air but after few mins of tickover the pump makes rattling sound is it because its not been used much or should i get it looked at under warranty
also notice my window does'nt go up correctly its at an slight angle so it does'nt sit behind the rubber seal if i lift it by hand next to the mirror it straightens up now can i adjust myself easily or best left to garage thanks

Defo, if you have any any doubts go and see about it whilst still under warrenty.

i just decided to have a poke around & found its the plastic fan surround has broken & it looks a pain to replace
