Has anybody else ordered anything from these ? I ordered my door pins nearly 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. And my orange bit on my existing door pins are below the door card, does this mean i'll have to take the doors apart and how easy is it ?

pretty quick when i bought some things before.

Orange parts either leave em in door card or remove it to retrieve them, you wont need them again unless you refit them original pins
