Right fellow Irmscher trippers...can you all please keep an eye on your inbox on your email system?...

We are going to be sending out the 'application' forms via the net in an effort to avoid having to pay paypal £15 of your hard earned money for each transaction.. doing it this way will help keep costs down to the bone...

The Emails will be coming to the email address that you have REGISTERED on the forum with.. no other one..if this isn't suitable please PM me with the email addy you wish to be used..

Forms should be emailed tonight/wednesday so keep an eye..

Just a couple of 'amendments' to the booking form/details that Mark sent out.

Firstly, a bank transfer is by far the preferred method of payment, rather than cheque. (PayPal is also fine as long as you are prepared to stick on the extra £15 we'll get charged in fees). The reason for the cheque being the least preferred option is that we've had instances of some letters etc. taking a bit of time to get to the PO Box. The last thing we want is for people's payments to be delayed. It also means I can check the bank account each day by Internet Banking, and not have to go up to the PO Box every day to check for mail and then pay the cheques in, and then having to wait for the funds to clear.

Secondly, if you pay by bank transfer, can you put your username as a reference on the payment - not Irmscher. This will enable me to quickly see who the payment is from to then notify the committee. The amount of the payment will easily identify it to me as an Irmscher trip payment.
