    Default To all cab drivers. VV this means you...

    Do i need a specific type of licence to drive a taxi?

    local firm want night shifters with car and radio provided and must be 21+

    can i apply is the question?

    No you dont need a specific Driving Licence.
    The company may have age / experience restrictions, thats all!

    how long have you had a licence?? that might be the only other (sometimes hidden) restriction....

    allegedly so...but looking at the state of some cabs.... hmmmmmmm
    Depends on if using your own car or a fleet one really....

    Alll depends on the local council by-laws
    1,some require to sit tests knowledge, medical
    2, Car some have age limits both when putting on as taxi and when too old.
    plus strict mots usualy 2 a year some 3 a year
    21 well good luck on the insurance

    should be fine then mate - just have a gnader over the car, if you are not happy with anything, get them to sort it, as the driver is liable once out on the road....
