    Default ****** Wagons!!!

Driving round the M25 earlier in the week, I was overtaken a big wagon. When bang! a half brick hits the windscreen. It only left a small chip, I thought phew I have got away with this, I will get it repaired, but I go out to the car this morning and ****** the wee chip now has 3 legs!

Well it now looks like I have to get a ****** windscreen!

Same thing happened to me on the M23 the other week.

Got to get my filled before IT grows legs too!

And correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe there is nothing you can do if it's been flicked up off the road by another vehicle. If it's an unstable load that's fallen off a vehicle then yes??????

Snowman, you got your ears on?

No I did not get the details, of the wagon.

I am not sure of the legalities behind it if it did have the details.

I would have thought unless it was something that fell off due to an unsecured poad you would not have a case really, I might be wrong though.

I remember a bloke I used to know, he was done by the police for carrying a dangerous load...............A large block off concrete fell off his flatbed and the police car following him drove into it.

Too right it does and generally caused by someone who could not be a£$%d to secure the load before they drive away. See it every day, they should be hung drawn and quartered to put it politely.
