    Default Insurance/shock/springs

    Gents,

Can anyone advise why my insurers are quoting me double insurance now I have fitted Bilstein B6 shockers and apex springs to my 04 reg GSI, I currently have business use insurance and paying £400 with £150 excess.

Has anybody on here the same car with up-rated suspension had the same problem.

    Regards,

    Jamie

Tried them & are around £650.

Surely Bilstein B6 shocks and Apex springs are better than vauxhall ones.
