What You Claimed 4
for my car insurance- where i crashed my car and they deffered it as i didnt inform them about my mods- lowered, and k&n, gsi alloys and powerflow.....out of which i ve only done the powerflow as the piper that was there needed replacing....
Oops!
Methinks you have a problem there.
Beware that the call is likely to be tape recorded - listen carefully to their preamble.
me thinks you wont be getting paid out
looks like you wont get a paid claim mate. take picks before the crash to prove what you havnt fitted what they claim you have and not informed them.
Not sure how he can 'take picks before the crash' at this stage but I don't think that would make a difference - as far as I'm aware it doesn't matter who fitted the mods or when, they still have to be declared. Even claiming he didn't know about the mods is unlikely to make any difference as 'ignorance is no excuse in the eyes of the law' or insurance - but good luck anyway, I hope I'm wrong
got you over a barrel really.. as when you took the insurance out they will of asked you is the car modified in any way from standard.. their get out clause really... undeclared mods... breach of policy.. at best they may pay some of your claim... or even none of it and likely to cancell your policy too... an even bigger headache when taking out new insurance!..
seperate policy... so the others would not be affected.. just apolagise..say u didnt realise etc.. they were on the car when u bought it..etc..
