Not sure if your allowed to do 'Whats it worth posts' in here, but i'll give it a shot just in case...

Life has thrown a bucket load of poop in my direction and it looks like i'm going to have to sell the Vectra

Now, i know what i bought it for, i've also done a little investigation on the various car sites.... But i'm just wondering on what you guys think she is worth?

Its an 2004 Vx Vectra SRi 3.0 V6 CDTi Auto with 36,000 miles. Full history, Tax & MOT until Sept '08.

Usual SRi refinements.

Heres the detail i'm considering putting on the trader....

Now does £8500ono seem to high? To low? Or just right?

Ok, so on the upside mine is a diesel with slightly less miles on it....

So maybe around the same price?

Parkers guide is saying around £8905 but for one with 20k on the clock....

I took a quick look on Auto Trader where an 04 with 30k was going for just under £9k although it was trade and an elite spec car.

Personally being an auto and a 3ltr V6 your only going to get someone looking a motorway vehicle... and that my friend is a limited market. Depending on the urge to sell the only way your going to tell if shes priced too high, is to advertise her and see how many calls you get mate.

£6,000-£7,000 ish ,dont always use on line pricing its what a dealer or private buyer wants to pay.Thing is there are so many Vectras for sale its a buyers market .
