Got caught in a weight limit in Luxembourg last night on the way down and got find 145 Euros!!

I shouldnt laugh because its not funny, but if i dont laugh i will cry!!

No John, but they did take my Licesne, CMR's and Truck Documents off me til i paid the fine!!

Wish we had that power in this country. Won't tell you on an open forum how many "foreign" drivers are wanted in this country for making off across the channel. Scandelous....

are you liable for being over the weight limit or is it the company ?

will you get the 145 euros from the company tha put your lorry over the limit

thats why VOSA go for british drivers rather than those from abroad more money for the goverment.
