Question Signum Rear Shock Monroe or Bilstein ?

    Hi all,
I have a knocking/grating noise from the rear of my Signum when driving over speed bumps or rough roads.
The car has just passed its MOT & done 27000 miles

After reading the forums it sounds as though the shocks may be the culprits.

The question is....What do people recommend?

    Monroes or Bilstein ???

It depends on whether you want ride comfort or improved handling, or maybe try Koni FSD & get the best of both worlds, apparently!! Not sure that they do them for the signum though

I've just had Bilstein B4 rear shocks(dampers) fitted to replace the VX ones. From what people have said on here, they should well outlast the cr4p VX ones (first one went at 25K, the second at 32K).

    Default Rear shocks changed

Rear shocks now changed & the noise has gone....
Yippee I can turn the radio down a bit now !!!!

I fitted a pair of Bilstein B4's from www.proven-products.co.uk/ for £72.90 including delivery.
