    Default Jamex Springs

Has anybody used these before from LMF and have any opinions on them. They seem to be a compromise between 45's and 30's

When they first appeared in the uk back in the early 90's i had a set on a cossie, they were quite good, but back then i changed my cars setup almost every other month or so and they were replaced with a set of RS spec leda's.. I dont think you'll be disapointed with them though..

A bit fiddly as you'll need a set of spring compressors and b*lls.......

Best bet is to get someone to do it for you if you've never done it before,or just be carefull when using the compressors mate, who's fiiting the shock for you?
