Fitting cd changer in vectra c

Hi I've just bought an 2007 Vectra C SRI with the CD30 radio. I'D like to fit a Cd multichanger but don't know if its possible with the existing OEM headunit. I've got a sony CDx T69 from my last car.
Any suggestions are appreciated!

hi there, you can fit a normal head unit in the centre consul were the plastic cubby is under the heater controls, but will have to wire it separate to the oe unit, see pict on changing head unit thread posted 4/3/2008. cheers Steve.

You used to be able to get a FM modulator for CD changers so you could use them with OEM head units, it would play through the radio function, however with the advent of MP3 players I don't think you can get hold of them new any more so it might be worth looking on ebay.
