the CONFIRMED list for coming to Irmscher and Russelheim

Right folks..

If you're dead serious about coming to Germany with us this april..please add your names here.. this is the only list that we will be taking heed of..

The basic itinerary for the trip is as follows.....

Thursday 24th April - Catch ferry from Dover to Calais. Drive to German/Belgian border, overnight stay in hotel.
Friday 25th April - Drive to Stutgart. Book into hotel.
Saturday 26th April - lrmscher open day at Irmscher factory, Remshaldan. Overnight stay Stuttgart hotel again.
Sunday 27th April - At irmscher factory again in morning, then drive to Russelheim ready for Monday. Overnight in Frankfurt hotel
Monday 28th April - Opel plant factory tour at Russelheim (small local charge). Drive to German/Belgian border in the afternoon. Overnight in Hotel.
Tuesday 29th April - Drive to Calais. Return ferry to Dover.

This years run is being held on a 'package' basis...

You will get:

5 nights hotels across europe with breakfast included ( now confirmed)

personalised run shirt with your username or name on it

return ferry travel

commemorative car sticker 12"x10"

The prices are as follows:

One person in a single room. ferry, shirt and sticker £345

One person sharing the car ( i.e. no ferry but still with the shirt ) £305

Two persons sharing a Twin/Double room. One car ferry, two shirts, one car sticker £390..

additional shirts will be avaliable for folks to buy more, as will the run stickers.
